Tell us about pressure changes, visible leaks, unusual noises or fault codes. Avoid repeated resets or adjustments to safety controls. A fuel smell or carbon monoxide alarm means leaving the building and contacting emergency services or your utility from a safe place.
Maintenance for steam and hot-water heating
Steam and hot-water boilers need different service checks. Maintenance should follow the equipment manufacturer's guidance and account for the burner, ignition system, safety controls, visible leaks and how heat moves through the system.
