For $19.99 a month you get a plumbing, air conditioning or heating maintenance plan with priority scheduling, 15% off repairs and unlimited free standard evaluations.

A yearly water heater maintenance visit and whole house plumbing inspection catch a failing tank, a weeping valve or a slow drain before it floods a finished basement. An annual AC tune up in the spring and a heating or boiler tune up before the first cold snap keep the system you already own running through the seasons it is needed most — and members who do call for an emergency get dispatched first.
