Why techs stay at Wildcat
- Competitive pay, paid weekly. Hourly or salary based on license level and experience, plus performance bonuses — not commission-driven sales quotas.
- Take-home van and tools stipend. Clean, stocked trucks that are maintained, so you are not fighting your equipment to get through a call.
- Real schedules. Rotating on-call instead of endless nights, paid time off, and a dispatcher who protects your day.
- Training and license support. Continuing education paid for, apprentice hours documented, and senior techs who teach instead of gatekeep.
- Family-owned. Founded in March 2022 in Weymouth, we know every person on the crew by name — and so does the owner.
What we look for
We hire for character first and skill second. If you show up on time, treat customers and their homes with respect, and tell the truth about what a system needs, we can teach the rest. A valid driver's license and clean record are required for van assignments; Massachusetts journeyman or master licensure is required for lead service roles.
Day to day, our crews handle residential service and installs across the South Shore: water heaters and tankless units, boilers and furnaces, drain cleaning and sewer camera work, gas piping, fixture replacement and repipes. You will be diagnosing, explaining options honestly, and doing work you can put your name on.
Apply through any position above with your resume or a short work history. We review every application ourselves and follow up quickly — usually within a couple of business days.
